Proof of Concept Engagements
We'll perform Proof of Concept (POC) engagements at clients' sites for trial installation of software and connection to any database. (Typical engagements are 3 days for $1,400/day plus T&E.)

Customized Report Writing
We can write custom reports for Software Spectrum's clients at preferential pricing while on-site or by using remote access technologies.

Customized Web Interfaces
Our Programming Services Department can customize the web interface of report distribution solutions to closely match the look and feel of a Software Spectrum client's web site.

As Needed Consulting
We offer as much help and consulting service as your company needs: daily, weekly, or report writing.

• Daily: A Crystal Enterprise or Seagate Info consultant will spend a day working with the company performing tasks that have been previously determined through conference calls and a Scope of Services. (Typical pricing is $1,400/day.)
• Weekly: A Crystal Enterprise or Seagate Info consultant will spend five days working with the company performing tasks that have been previously determined through conference calls and a Scope of Services. Generally the work consists of installation of the product, determination of the security model, report creation and deployment, and consulting on the company's reporting needs and solutions. (Typical pricing is $6,500/week.)
• Report Writing: A Crystal Report Writer will consult with the company and create custom reports based upon criteria that has been previously determined through conference calls and a Scope of Services. (Typical pricing is $150/hour or $1,200/day.)
